Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing times
All Orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping location.

Shipment cost: $14.95
Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days - Shipping method: FedEx Two Days (Estimate and may changes based on Location)
Shipment cost: $17.95 USD
Estimated delivery time: 2 business days
Overnight delivery is only available for Orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur and our outside of our control.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Tactical gear Market ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. All Orders require a signature before they can be delivered.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Tactical gear Market is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).
ITAR SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Certain items sold, distributed and/or manufactured by Tactical Gear Market, LLC may be subject to export and foreign trade control laws of the United States. These laws include the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, 22 C.F.R section 120-130 (“ITAR”), and the Export Administration Regulations, 15 C.F.R. section 730-774, (“EAR”).
By purchasing any items from Tactical Gear Market, LLC, Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that Purchaser is familiar with and will comply with all requirements imposed by ITAR and EAR regulations, and other applicable laws.
Purchaser further acknowledges and agrees that Purchaser is a U.S. Person, and does not intend to export such items after receipt from Primary Arms without U.S. Government export authorization.
Tactical Gear Market, LLC reserves the right to suspend any transaction, if it has reason to believe that the transaction would require an export license or prohibited from exporting to the embargoed and sanctioned countries per the U.S. government and the United Nation Security Council.
No statements or representations by Tactical Gear Market, LLC or its employees related to export transactions should be regarded as legal advice or guidance.

Damages
Tactical gear Market is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel your order with notice if there is a problem with your order. If you have questions about an order that has been canceled, please email us at hello@tacticalgearmarket.com
We are not currently accepting dealers. If it appears you are ordering large quantities of products with the intent to re-sell, we may cancel your order.
